FAQ

What training do carers receive?

Each carer gets a basic training and induction to homecare. If your care needs more specialised carers, we will provide carers who have trained in that subject, and above all we aim to give you carers who have a passion in the work they do.

Am I allowed to choose the times carers can come into my home?

After the assessment of each of our client, we aim to match you with the carers who are compatible with each service user’s needs. While we aim to give you carers of your choice, where this is not possible, carers who are trained and competent to meet your needs will be allowed to assist you with all your needs
