When recruiting new carers we expect them to have certain core competences as well as a real passion for the vocation. To achieve this aim we have a clear recruitment process to make sure that all our staff members are genuinely committed to helping others and have experience within the caring field. Not only that, but we also work to make sure that all their legal requirements are in place, which means checking:

  • Their personal identity and proof of permission to work in the UK
  • Their bank accounts
  • Two proofs of address
  • Their national insurance number
  • Their CV
  • Their Unique Tax Reference
  • Their insurance documents
  • Their incorporation certificates
  • Immunisations
  • Enhanced DBS Checks
